The title of this poem is a gift to me! I was trying so hard to find the word "cacophony" this morning but it could not be sorted out in the jumble of my mind... "But they're girls, Not boys..." Now that is my favorite line in this piece although I never had a daughter myself I can seen the "Cacophony" plain as day. ;D
That's funny, Marty, because that word has been stuck in my head for days, and I've been trying to get rid of it!
Sounds like you're visiting my house right now! You captured the noisy happiness of a household of fun loving, LOUDLY happy kids:)
Thank you, septembermom. Sometimes I have to check to be sure we didn't pick up an extra kid (or 3) somewhere because they make a lot of "noisy happiness" for just 2 little kids.
Catching up on th week. . . this one is very appropriate! I like the same line as Marty. <3
