Sicky McSickpants
Today Pete is home from school. She had a fever last night and this morning and threw up when she got up today. Right now she feels okay. She even asked if it was too late for me to take her to school, but I'm pretty sure that's just the Motrin talking (and they wouldn't take her anyway) so she's staying with me. I've only had to remind her once that being Sicky McSickpants is not an excuse for also being Demandypants Pete.

Awwww. I think she should totally get to lie on the couch under the most coveted household throw blanket with a glass of apple juice (or ginger ale) and chain-watch Hannah Montana. Poor little Sicky McSickypants. Give her a kiss from me (like, on the top of her head - germs, ewwww)...
Tell Pete we're thinking about her, and both the Grandpa and the Meme are sick today. (Meme's almost over her cold/layngitis/flu. Grandpa got up this morning with it.)
