I might say the soft rythm of silence. But PSP has some pretty good ones.
One thing to keep in mind: It depends where you are as to what you here. There's much more sound if you're in a forest of evergreens. You can actually hear the flakes as they settle onto the branches.
maybe something like what a soft fleece blanket sounds like after it's been fluffed high in the air and you sit down beneath it and let it engulf you lightly but warmly - j

I really think of beautiful silence when watching snow fall at night. How about "whispers of notes from Heaven's grandest instrument".
